In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service. Although you will be part of the sales team the role will focus on providing exceptional customer service to ensure that customer is satisfied with the service and products provided and continues to place orders. You will need to be proactive to ensure you stay on top of any issues.

This is the ideal role for someone from a customer service in a builders' merchant or similar background.
