Due to continuous growth we are recruiting for an experienced Installations Co-Ordinator to provide support to the Operations Manager.
We are looking for someone who is used to working in a fast paced environment, can prioritise workloads, whilst putting the customer first at all times.
Duties:
• Assist to Co-ordinate approx 20 installers, sub contractors & installations support assistants,
• Ensure installers are prepared and complete installations to a high standard
• Order products and co-ordinate installation plans
• Manage, review & improve installation management systems and processes
• Manage aftersales issues and plan / organise the service call engineer so that a ‘first time fix' ethos is maintained at all times.
• Assist with recruiting and training new staff
Role Requirements
• Proven work experience as a team leader or similar role ideally in double glazing or construction, however other industries will be considered.
• A determined and enthusiastic individual, who is ready to join a growing business with a big vision.
• Excellent communication & organisational skills.
• Experience of scheduling jobs and trades personnel
