Job Title: Branch Manager (Estate Agency)
Location: Near Folkestone (office based due to the nature of the role)
Salary: £25k-£35k basic DOE + bonus
Hours: 5 days a week including a Saturday. Week day hours: 9am-5:30pm, Saturdays hours: 9am-4pm (flexibility is key)

This family run, traditional and hugely successful Estate Agents are seeking to recruit a Branch Manager to work alongside the Director to help run this expanding business.
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct accurate market appraisals/valuations which will hopefully lead to instruct properties, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion
The ideal candidate:
Our client is open to recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator who would like the opportunity to progress or someone with Managerial experience within an Estate Agents
Previous listing experience
Able to prove a track record in generating new business
Positive, driven & good customer service skills
A Full UK driving licence holder and your own transport due to the nature of the positionNext steps:
