13 month FTC role offering HR Generalist support to the team on a full time on site basis.

Description
The HR Advisor will support the HR Function in providing an efficient, proactive and confidential HR service to all salaried employees
You will provide advice and guidance to managers in relation to HR issues, anticipate, understand and effectively meet their expectations
You will build the performance and capability of individuals and teams across the division, through the sourcing and delivery of development activity and processes
You will coordinate and deliver the appraisal, personal development and succession planning process for salaried employees
You will implement group L&D initiatives including delivery of internal training programmes and maximising the use of funding such as the apprentice levy
Manage and support the recruitment process for salaried staff up to Senior Manager Grade, along with working with the Central Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers, supporting interviews and assessment centres
As the HR Advisor you will provide confidential advice to Managers on company policy and procedure, providing support at disciplinary, grievance and performance management review meetings
You will be responsible for upkeep of employee files, complete appropriate documentation for any changes in employee status, salary reviews and absence reporting
Profile
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar HR Advisor position previously ideally with a FMCG business
They will have experience of supporting and working with central functions teams such as Finance, Marketing, Commercial, NPD and Operations
This is a fast paced role, where you need to be adaptable, organised and have excellent stakeholder skills
Ideally, they will also have experience of change management and have the experience of influencing and effective challenging at all levels
