Wild are working on a full time position working as an Account Executive. This is working for a market leader in its field, for a company who invest in their employees. This role will initially based in their office, with the outlook to have flexibility of working from home and the office after training.

As an Account Executive you will be supporting the sales manager with all admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

Supporting with customer queries
Maintain the CRM portal
Produce reports on a weekly/monthly basis
Monitor stock
Create sample orders
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Support on projects
Highlight to customers products and services
Complete purchase requests
Attend reviews and customer meetings when needed.
Make sure all products are set up correctly online.

Experience:

A strong admin background
The ability to multi-task
Be highly organised
Have great communication skills both verbally and written
Able to work independently
Worked within a customer service role
