Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a professional and well established Legal Firm based in Worcester. The business specialises in family law.
You will support the Senior Childcare Solicitor & his Paralegal Assistant
The key responsibilities of the Administrator will be:
Dealing with and downloading dictation onto the Case Management System, ALB.
Responding to emails
Ensuring all court hearings are in the court diary and maintaining that the diary is up to date for the Fee Earners you are assigned to.
Inputting Time Recording
Scanning
Photocopying
Preparing Bundles for Court
Opening and closing office on occasions
Ensuring sufficient stationary levels are up to date
General day to day running of the office
Maintaining client confidentiality at all timesThe successful Candidate will possess the following skills:
Previous Legal Administration ideally with Family Law
Ability to prioritise, be organised and to be able to multitask
Be able to work on your own initiative
Work in a small team
Be able to take dictation to compose emails
Excellent IT SkillsThis role will offer you the opportunity to work for a busy legal firm alongside a friendly team and a family environment. The business aims to provide an individual service to accommodate the specific needs of each client based on their experienced team of professionals.
