Clipper Logistics is the leading retail fulfilment business in the UK.  With agility and ability at the heart of everything we do, we are proud to work with a multitude of household names such as John Lewis, River Island, PrettyLittleThing.com and Asda, to ensure their customers receive their orders on time, and in perfect condition.

We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives nationwide.

Our Warehouse Colleagues are fundamental to the success of our business.  You are the heartbeat of Clipper and we recognise this by ensuring our warehouses are great places to work.

There are a range of things you will be involved in which include:

  • Picking and packing
  • Goods In
  • Returns Management
  • Health and Safety

We understand that as the people at the core of what we do, you know better than anyone else what a great working environment looks like.  As a Warehouse Colleague, you will be involved in a range of projects and initiatives.  For example, our colleagues in Burton recently worked on a project to design and create new work benches which are now in full use on site.

We also offer a range of training and development opportunities and work hard to make sure that our people enjoy coming to work every day.

There is also a very tangible career path at Clipper, we have lots of examples of senior managers who started out as warehouse colleagues with us.

Applicants are required to have a level 2 Warehouse and Storage qualification.
