Page Personnel is recruiting a Property Manager for a financial services firm based in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to progress their career.
Client Details
They are a small property investment firm who also manage high end properties on behalf of their clients. Their portfolio consists of prime real estate in central London, predominantly apartments, but some town houses too. They are a small family office of 12, but are growing and this is an exciting time to join them.
Description
You will be given your own portfolio to manage. Duties will be varied and include:
Preparing properties for rental including but not limited to organising furnishings, ensuring the property is legally compliant, overseeing snagging and ensuring the property is in top working order.
Managing contractors and small refurb / maintenance projects
Setting up utilities for vacant and rented properties
Inspecting properties and reporting back visits to clients
Day to day office administration including filing, book keeping and billing
Financial control / book keeping / filing / billing
Dealing with day to day property management issues as they ariseProfile
You will:
Have worked as a Property Manager previously and have a passion for property
Ideally have worked with very high end properties
Have excellent customer service
Be able to manage your own work
Be looking for a long term role where you can grow and developJob Offer
£30,000 - £35,000 (depending on the candidate) there is also a discretionary bonus
