Meridian Business Support are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Key Account Coordinator to join a talented team with our client based in Inverurie. The ideal candidate would need to be friendly, professional and passionate about the role; listen to customers and work with colleagues to support them as a team.
This is an on-going temporary role that could become permanent for the right candidate.

Duties

Receive enquiry information from Key Client
Log enquiry on company database
Check all information for accuracy and report anomalies back to client
Liase with estimating support to ensure house type costs are correct
Prepare quote document & return to client
Receive Client orders and programme dates
Liaise with internal departments on new order call offs
Receive client variation requests, price and return.
Agree final accounts as required.
Filing and document control
Frequent use of MS Excel spreadsheets
Frequent use of company database to log projects and financial information
Copying and distributing project documentation
Requirements

Experience in the construction sector
Excellent communication written & verbal skills
Highly proficient IT user, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word)
Able to work under pressure
Methodical and numerate
Able to work from initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
