Salary: £9.72phr
Hours: 8am-4.30pm Mon to Fri / Weekends - 8am to 4pm
Our client is a leading contact centre and due to growth is looking to recruit Polish speaking customer service advisors to take inbound calls.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
• Taking inbound calls from Poland processing orders
• Adding orders to the database in English
• Taking customer payments
• Responding to emails
• Dealing with queries
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Fluent in both English & Polish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Computer literate
• High attention to detail
