Office Angels are working with a leading organisation within the real estate sector who are on the hunt for a dynamic, charismatic and professional Property Manager to join their established team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

This would suit someone who has worked within the industry who is looking to gain further experience to add to their knowledge and development. You will be passionate about property, customer savvy as well as enjoy problem solving. Or if you just love watching Kirstie & Phil and want to put all that passion into practise within the industry and you have administration experience this could be right up your street.

What will you be doing in your new role as Property Manager?

· Deliver a high level of customer service within your portfolio of clients, in line with the company ethos

· To build professional relationships with Directors, residents and Chairmen about the level of service provided

· Assist residents with the preparation of service charge budgets, preparation for AGM's.

· Provide regular management reports including debtor reports and budget expenditure reports

· Maintain customer records including legal requirements, renewal of insurance policies and to act as an agent in relation to filing documentation in accordance with the relevant legislation

· To understand Property Management Law and regulations so you are able to advise customers where necessary

· Assist customers with any queries including lease obligations etc

· Provide customer specifications and quotations for the management and maintenance of the property

· Liaise with Maintenance Management in relation of required jobs

· Work closely with other internal departments

· Prepare monthly reports for staff meetings

· Highly organised and professional

· Articulate telephone manner

· MS Office Proficient - Intermediate Level

· Strong team player with effective communication skills

· To have worked within a similar environment, within the real estate/property industry

· Available Immediately and able to commit to a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
