The Employee Relations Specialist will be working from the HQ in Slough and will support the Contact Centre business unit, responsible for about 250 employees.

Our client is one of the largest logistic service providers with 8 sites across the UK and over 25 years experience. They work with a really wide range of clients.
Description
This temporary Employee Relations Specialist position based in Slough, will involve the following responsibilities:
Providing advice & assistance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, legislation, and best practise
Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management
Advising on employee relations cases
Up skill & Coach Managers to drive high performance
Advising on staff development
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, practices and customs
Maintaining HR data for complex cases within HR Central
Maintenance of weekly HR metrics
Advising and resolving complex payroll queries
Updating and reviewing monthly payroll dataProfile
The ideal Employee Relations Specialist will have the following:
Experience in a generalist HR role
CIPD Level 5 ideal but not essential
Experience managing ER cases
The ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environmentJob Offer
