Our client is seeking an experienced, professional and goal orientated candidate who is seeking a new opportunity within Financial Services. We are looking to speak with candidates who have strong knowledge of Outsourcing Processes, Stakeholder Management and the CREST settlement system.
JOB ROLE: Outsourcing Oversight Analyst
JOB TYPE: Permanent
Industry: Financial Services
HOURS: 09.00am - 17.00pm
SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000*Depending on experience
LOCATION: Heart of the City. (Close to Bank Tube Station)
COMPANY: Globally successful Financial Services company.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
To provide effective delivery and monitoring of all outsourced arrangements
Deal with key documentation for all outsourced arrangements
Undertake risk assessments and compile reports
Identify, develop and compile all monitoring processes
Liaise and assist senior stakeholders with cost control
Maintain understanding of outsourcing best practice
Act as the main point of escalation for all outsourcing queries
Ensure that outsourcing arrangements continue to adhere to contractual agreements, governance documents, policies and procedures
Provide general outsourcing support to key senior stakeholders
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Educated to degree level or equivalent*
Experience working within Financial Services is desired
Experience within a similar role is necessary
Strong knowledge of CREST
Strong knowledge of all MS Packages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical, able to work to tight deadlines and time frames
Proactive, positive, goal orientated and motivated
