ROLE: Temporary Accounts Assistant (Part Time)
START DATE: Monday 26th April
HOURLY PAY RATE: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour plus holiday accrual
HOURS: Part Time 22.5 hours per week. 3 days a week. This organisation is flexible on the days you work between Monday and Friday
DURATION: This is a Temporary role until the end of May, possible chance for extension.
Duties will include:
Balancing accounts
Invoicing, statements and payments
Dealing with invoice related quires over telephone and emails
Bank reconciliation
Handling and monitoring petty cash
Chasing customer paymentsRequired skills:
Previous experience working in Accounts / Finance is essential
Ability to manage own work load, use initiative & be able to work to deadlines.
Excellent communication skillsAs a Temp for Office Angels you will receive weekly pay, up to 28 days holiday, pension, and additional benefits such as free eye care vouchers and discounts in a number of High Street Retailers. You will have the support of a dedicated team of consultants, we are always on hand to answer any queries you may have. Timesheets are online and can be completed on your phone for ease.
