Position Description
Role: University Relations Program Coordinator
Location: London
Duration: ASAP for 12 months
Bonus plan: Company (paid yearly)
Our client's University Relations team manages the interface between academic research and their internal research. They create and maintain research partnerships with the external academic community and support the research ecosystem through various programs, such as Faculty and Student grants, Research workshops, Sponsorships, etc.
Overall Responsibilities:
The scope of activity includes program planning, execution and monitoring to achieve the desired results. Further areas of activity are communication to external and internal stakeholders and designing processes to ensure efficient and scalable operation.
The University Relations Program Coordinator is expected to:
Participate in executing project objectives
Track and deliver on team goals
Communicate regular status updates
Manage or escalate blocking issues
Work with internal and external partners to manage and track programsRequired Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Project management experience - ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Track record of initiating and completing complex projects from end-to-end
Precision and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishNice to Have Skills:
Experience of working with academic institutions / universities
Experience with handling community programs, marketing programs or events in the past would be ideal
Passion for Computer Science and Technology
Someone who has been a student / community ambassador for a technology company
