Care Support Workers – Full & Part-time
Grade 4: £17,121.60 - £18,207.36 (unqualified) Grade 5 - £18,481.29 - £20,026.29 (qualified) with occasional sleep-ins paid extra £78.48 - £87.20 + a market supplement of £1,200.00 per year (pro rata).
We are now looking to appoint Care Support Workers, days and nights, to work closely with a young person, helping them to feel safe, respected, confident and capable of achieving their best. The successful candidate will have a great character and a desire to make a positive impact on young people’s lives.
Prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate;
- A patient, caring, compassionate and child-centred approach.
- Excellent observation skills and the ability to problem solve and think creatively to enable our children and young people to reach their full potential.
- Emotional intelligence and resilience with the ability to react calmly in challenging situations.
