You'll be part of a diverse global government affairs team, working across regions, product areas, and functions. You'll combine creativity and intellectual rigor with organisational skills to support the delivery of our policy campaigns in Europe.
The team: Global Policy & Campaigns Centre of Excellence
The role: Europe Campaigns Analyst
You will manage planning and operational processes including supporting budget management, compliance processes and liaising with external partners and agencies
You will help collect and organise information on the team's priorities and progress against our objectives
You will provide support to projects in support of the team's policy campaigns on major European tech policy issues
You will also provide support for meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda and background documents
We are looking for a dynamic, structured and detail oriented team player to help us manage these projects
You will work with a team that has a strong mission and big ambitions.
Responsibilities:
Partner with multiple teams across GAPP, Legal, Finance, Ethics & Compliance and others to ensure a smooth contracting process
Engage with external partners to manage contracts, POs and invoices
Optimise processes inside of team to improve operational effectiveness
Advise on resource allocation, budget management, contracting and other processes
Support team on an ad hoc basis to manage internal and external eventsMinimum qualifications:
BA/BS or Master's degree in policy, politics, communications - or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant experience in an analytical role
Good understanding of technology policy in EuropePreferred qualifications:
Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
You're persevering, a strong executor and a multi-tasker, and you find solutions creatively and independently
Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
