Job Details
Interaction Recruitment are recruting transport repairs client in Peterborough for a Compliance Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ø Scheduling of Maintenance via engineers and subcontractors
Ø Liaising with customers on a daily basis to plan maintenance and follow up repairs
Ø Scheduling of follow up repairs
Ø Providing customer service and ensuring customers are compliant
Ø Handling breakdowns, ensuring these are given the highest priority
Ø Completing Engineers job cards/closing jobs and allocating completed jobs to the correct team
Ø Sole responsibility for contracts, managing the compliance of approximately 500 assets.
Ø Raising Purchase Orders
The person:-
Ø Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages including excel.
Ø Problem Solving.
Ø Good telephone manner.
Ø Customer focused.
Ø Impeccable Attention to detail.
Ø Be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
Ø Calm head and work under pressure.
Ø Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Working hours are Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm. Starting salary is £17,500 and will rise to £20,000 after 6 months
