My client based in St Albans is one of the UKs largest independent insurance groups looking to recruit an insurance consultant to join their Team.
Role Overview - Sales Consultant: (St Albans)
Branch - St Albans, Hertfordshire
Permanent, full-time
Salary negotiable between £18,000-£25,000
Duties and Responsibilities
· Build relationships with existing customers
· Generate new business introducing new customers
· Build up understanding of customers specific requirements
· Target certain customers as needed in order to maximise potential customer purchases
· Devise and implement sales initiatives to attract new business or increase existing business
· Assist sales team with all sales and enquiries as needed
· Develop detailed understanding of the running of the business and all products sold
· Ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Overview
We are seeking professional, ambitious, career minded individuals to join their team in (St Albans).
The successful candidates will:
Demonstrate strong communication skills, an enthusiastic sales ability and work in a fast-paced environment
Deal confidently with clients face to face and over the telephone
Be self-motivated and be highly driven individuals
Ideally, the candidate will have a good standard of general education with a background in either insurance or sales, banking or finance.
