Logistics Administrator

Logistics Administrator required for an exciting position within one of Plymouth prominent manufacturing organisations working within the logistics team for a recognised leader in confections with a wide range of product offerings including gum, mints and various types of sweets, working at their factory in Estover in Plymouth on a long term assignment.

A proven background within General Administrative support is essential and experience of working within a logistics team would be advantageous.

Daily Responsibilities:
*Process purchase orders for imports from receipt advice
*Update planner spreadsheet
* Maintain shipment spreadsheets
* Create/amend standard picklist and arrange quality control procedures
* Process shipping documents
* Coordinate and oversee deliveries from port
* Chase late deliveries
* Process sales orders from container deliveries direct
* Confirm Customs clearance and shipping release of break bulk

This role is a temporary ongoing working 14:00-22:00 Monday-Friday being paid £11.68 per hour.
