Warehouse Operative

We have a fantastic new opportunity for you to become a Warehouse Operative in Swindon, SN3 4RU. You will be part of a logistic team providing innovative and first-class solutions.

Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

Days/Lates: £9.00 to £9.97 per hour
Nights: £10.25 per hour
The overtime rate is at £13.50 per hour (after 37.5 hrs per week)Your role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be assisting in the loading and unloading of vehicles, using a voice system to pick and load goods onto pallets and cages and work within an ambient environment. Other Warehouse Operative duties may be required.

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

Days: 07:00 until 15:00 (rotating with lates)
Lates: 15:00 until 23:00 (rotating with days)
Nights 23:00 until 07:00 (fixed)You will be working any 5 days/nights out of 7 days/nights including weekends/bank holidays so you must be flexible.

As a Warehouse Operative you will also have access to:

Regular temporary to permanent conversions after 12 weeks
