Collections & Customer Service Advisor

This is based in the south side of Glasgow and working across normal office hours Monday to Friday and my client are looking to expand within their friendly and high achieving team, due to organic growth over the course of this year. This is offering a salary of £18000 to £20000 with a great opportunity to make bonus.This is fantastic opportunity and one not to be missed!

In order to be successful in applying for this role you will have experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment and comfortable working within the financial realm. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, target driven environment. In terms of raw skills you will have to have a high level of numeracy and literacy with fantastic communication skills and amazing with all MS Office packages - especially excel.

Within this role you will be communicating at all levels, speaking with existing clients and customers and ensuring a high level of customer service in order to resolve caseloads and build a good working relationship with them in order to provide the gold standard service that my client prides themselves on.
