A leading organisation based in Redditch who have been successfully trading for a number of years now are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their busy team.
This varied Sales Administrator role will encompass day-to-day administration, answering any price enquires from customers and confirming delivery information. You will have the ability to manage your own workload as you would be responsible for the company’s main email address, along with the development of client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
Working within the Sales Department, the Sales Administrator will ultimately be responsible for managing incoming sales orders; entering them onto the SAP system and preparing despatch notes etc.
The successful candidate with have experience working within a client/customer facing role and will have proven administrative skills working within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities
Providing a first class administrative support to the Sales Team.
Working alongside the Order Processing Team, you will provide administrative support, assisting with the preparation of quotations for repeat business.
Proactively manage existing customers’ repeat order requirements, providing excellent customer service which is paramount to the success of the business.
Ensure the Sales Order process is maintained and complied with at all times, in accordance with agreed company standards on the SAP system.
Checking orders and where required correcting prices with customers.
Ability to use your own initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
Preparing & Printing dispatch notes and labels when goods are in stock
Show strong ability to multi-task projects/tasks as well as communicate effectively with other departments.
The successful Sales Administrator will have:-
Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service skills
Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proven administrative skills working within a fast paced environment
Previous Sales administration or sales order processing skills
Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
Team player, and able to work on own initiative
Methodical in approach to tasks
Previous experience working on SAP
Approachable individual with a professional manner
In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £20-21,000 per annum depending on your experience.
Hours are Mon - Thurs 7:30am – 4:30pm, and Fri 7:30am – 1:30pm
Holiday 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
Onsite parking
