We have a full-time opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join our client in the Manufacturing sector based on the outskirts of Scarborough.
Reporting to the Quality, Health and Safety Manager, you will be providing day to day administration support. Dealing with customer enquiries on the phone or via email and liaising with the technical department to address customer requirements when needed.
You will have previous administration and customer service experience, excellent communication skills and strong admin skills.
The role will consist of.
Managing customers enquiries
Approving customer repairs
Supplying quotations
This role is full time working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. The hourly rate is £11.00 per hour
The Business Support division would like to speak to anyone therefore who has the following experience; Customer Service or Admin experience with a technical background and experience in warranty/service in the manufacturing sector
