Do you have a keen eye for detail and operate efficiently both autonomously and in a team? We are looking for a hardworking individual available to work in a variety of admin roles located in Lancashire. Candidates will handle sensitive information, working to deadlines Candidates should also be comfortable with extensive use of the phone and email services in order to keep the workplace running smoothly.
Grade:, 3 & Band 4's available!
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5 (37.5 Hours)
Location: Leyland, Lancashire
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
* Work independently on a day-to-day basis, providing high quality, accurate and timely administrative support to the Programme Director.
Team referrals, data input, minute taking, telephone and messages, RiO, produce letters

* Ensure filing is kept up to date in line with relevant policies.
* Manage the diary of the Executive Programme Director, organising travel and/or accommodation where necessary.
* Plan and arrange meetings for executives, shareholders and stakeholders.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing calls and emails, as well as coordinating responses and initiating communications of behalf of the sustainable development team.
* Monitoring and managing a shared inbox, correspondence and manage office systems with high accuracy and professionalism.
