Support Integration Team Leader
Central Birmingham, B16 8QG
£24,000 to £28,000 + Benefits

 

The purpose of the role:

We offer a programme of support and involvement activities tailored to meet people’s individual needs, including housing, employment and skills training and mentoring.

Build the skills and resilience that can help prevent homelessness and move on to an independent life.

The post holder will lead, develop and motivate a team of support practitioners to ensure that immediate pastoral resettlement support packages are developed and delivered to meet the specific individual needs of each tenant, which ultimately facilitates their moving towards living with a greater independence.

Take overall responsibility for the successful running of the support service as agreed. In line with the requirements of our regulatory bodies and company policies and procedures.

Promote and ensure high standards of support and involvement opportunities for our tenants.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Full driving licence or demonstrate the ability to travel between sites.
  • Willingness to undergo a satisfactory DBS check and participate in DBS Update Service Annual Subscription.
  • Flexible with regard to working hours as required including availability to work on an 'on Call' rota.
