HR Manager
* Washington, Tyne & Wear
* £55,000 to £65,000 per annum

A reputable and fast paced organisation with several sites across the UK and Europe is on the lookout for a HR Manager.
Working as part of an established senior leadership team you will develop and implement the company’s HR strategy.
Responsibilities
* Develop, support, and deliver employee engagement and change management strategy.
* Support operational teams to reinforce company culture.
* Give guidance and coaching to management teams and encourage managers to make effective people decisions.
* Provide advice on all aspects of company policy, best practice, employee relations and employment law.
* Support capability development, retention, and succession of on-site management.
* Assist and provide guidance in grievance and disciplinary issues up to and including dismissal and appeal.
* Review HR management information and suggest areas for improvement.
* Develop internal training workshops for managers and employees.
* Support and lead various projects e.g. TUPE, Restructures, etc.
Knowledge and Experience
* Experience in a HR Management position.
* People development and performance management.
* Must be well organised with good project management and strategic planning abilities.
* Educated to degree level and/or CIPD Level 7.
