We are currently representing a well-established organisation based in Colwyn Bay who are entering an exciting period of growth. As a result, they are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their busy accounts team. You will be working closely with the Finance Manager, assisting with month end and financial forecasting alongside bank reconciliations. As an Accounts Assistant for our client your duties will include;

* Assisting in the Sales and Purchase Ledger

* Creating monthly payment runs, supporting the finance manager

* Reconciling supplier statements

* Assisting with the monitoring of cash flow and forecasting

* Assisting with month end procedures

* Completing other duties as required

The successful candidate will require;

* At least 2 years working as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant is essential

* Knowledge of Sage 50

* Ability to prioritise workload

* Highly motivated and well organised
