Receptionist / Administrator (Holiday Cover)
Temporary role to cover holiday
£9.20 per hour
Start date 26th April
Altrincham area
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to work on an adhoc basis to cover holiday at one of our lovely clients in Altrincham. The first holiday cover week is 26th - 30th April. More weeks to be confirmed. The client would ideally like the same person to cover so the more regular availability you have the better.
Duties include:
Covering reception
Be the first point of contact for all customers and clients
Take all calls coming into the business
Administration support to the Sales Administration and Finance Teams
Management of the post
Ordering some supplies where required
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Experience of working in a reception role within a busy business
Experience of managing incoming calls and visitors
Proficient use of MS office including excel
Hands on mentality and must be confident working independently
Effective communication skills
Flexible and adaptable
