Job Details

Adecco is currently recruiting for Data Protection Administrator. You would report to Head of Business Process/ Privacy Lead and your job purpose would be :

- To receive, control and manage the response to requests made by data subjects under the DPA 2018 and UK GDPR including rectification, restriction, erasure, data portability, and access (DSARs)

- To manage relationships with other stakeholders to obtain data from record holding Departments / Brands and/or through direct access to record holding systems where appropriate

- To maintain appropriate record keeping and tracking of the above requests from receipt through to completion.

- To provide analysis of requests received and promote continuous process improvement

Key Accountabilities:

External Individual Rights Requests

To act as the point of contact for taking and recording requests received via email, help-desk or any other method

Escalate each to the relevant person within the business for resolution if unable to action fully with own access levels

Monitor all recorded complaints or privacy requests to ensure that they are closed out within the agreed SLA and that corrective and preventative actions are recorded

Provide data, reports, documentation and analysis as required

General

Be proficient and knowledgeable in the Company's business systems, policies, procedures and financials, ensuring awareness of changes and that these are communicated.

Promote quality procedures and principles to all areas, ensuring adherence to Company standards.

To adhere to all Company Health & Safety policies, guidelines and legislation

To carry out other reasonable duties as are required by your Line Manager or Senior Management team

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Attention to detail with a methodical organised approach demonstrating good organisation and planning skills
High standard of administrative skills

Numerate and detail conscious with the ability to analyse and draw conclusions from a variety of numerical/business data
Operational recruitment experience preferred
High standard of written and oral communication skills
Confident, resilient and assertive with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
Pro-active, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
MS Office skills
