I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a major FMCG company based in Waltham, Grimsby.
£450 - £550 per day

33 days annual leave inc. bank holidays
The Role:
The key focus of the role is the Science Centre, based in Waltham. Key deliverables include:
Implement the people and capability strategic plan to meet the changing needs of the evolving external Science and healthcare science agendas
Partner the Waltham leaders to increase expertise in critical capability areas through a combination of 7B talent actions, raising the overall talent bar in key capability areas. As well as strong 'build' actions, this will include developing capability to leverage external partners in integrated research programs, and scientific capability.
Facilitating a culture and mindset change for partnership.
Partner Waltham to build a sustainable working environment, implementing effective strategies for health, wellness, inclusion and engagement.
The role has traditionally also partnered the VP for Q&FS to drive a strong talent agenda for Q&FS to develop talent across the ecosystem.
Data UtilizationExperience:
HR Degree, Business management or related areas (Masters preferred).
Proven progressive experience in HR, including experience in a supervisory position or significant equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and reach strategic business goals
Solid knowledge of global and local policies and practices and understand their application in solving business needs and ability to provide guidance
Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome
Good business acumen / business experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective in building relationship at all levels
