Are you a manufacturing professional with an IOSH qualification looking for a varied role with a company offering job security, progression and an excellent benefits package?

You will also have the opportunity to undergo further training to achieve further Health and Safety/Quality related qualifications.

This brand new role will be working in a small team on a large manufacturing site, and will focus on being the number two to the Facilities Manager, whose remit covers Maintenance, Health & Safety/compliance and the companies Quality system.

Therefore the positions focus will be on ensuring the site is maintained and operates effectively, safely,and in a compliant manner.

The role

Full time permanent position working on a large manufacturing site, reporting and assisting the Facilities Manager
Focus on health and safety, site maintenance and quality
Further training given to achieve relevant qualifications
The person

Working background in the manufacturing sector
IOSH Managing Safety qualification and/or NEBOSH Occupational Health & Safety General Certificate plus experience in writing and reviewing risk assessments and safe working instructions
Understanding of how to facilitate the operation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Quality Management Systems
