Job Responsibilities

Able to work with groups or 1:1 support within the classroom
Supervising children's behaviour
Able to deliver lessons in absence of the teacher and PPA cover
Encourage and support the pupils learning & development

Job requirements

Legal right to work in the UK
Subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, or overseas Police clearances (if applicable)
SEND experience
Strong communication skills
Willing to work with different primary age groups
Level 4 in Childcare or Equivalent

High Level Teaching Assistant:

We are looking for excellent High Level Teaching Assistants who want to make a difference to the lives of children, you will be committed to working with teachers, parents and the local community. It is essential that you have experience of working with children in a Primary school. You will be proactive and be able to act on your own initiative. Previous experience of working in a classroom is also highly desirable. You should be a confident user of ICT, as well as having the ability to read and write fluently and confidence in maths.
