Great opportunity for a utilities operations manager to join a well-established business and have a real impact on the direction of the company. This is a new role within the business and offers the candidate the opportunity to be a driver of growth and offer their expertise within the industry.

Based in London, this company has been established for over 40 years and its main goal is to keep expanding and growing their business. They currently work on some impressive projects, including the HS2 transport project and have a great family culture that promotes teamwork and is proven by great staff retention.

This role is an exciting opportunity to build the utilities side of the business and has the potential to run a team of people in the future. The right candidate has the prospect of building on their current skill sets, you will be developing and retaining a multi utility workforce and acting as a key account manager for new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing teams in the Multi-Utilities industry and hold current SMSTS, NRSWA and be qualified to degree standard or alternatively NVQ level 7. You will be able to come into the business and add value from day one through innovative thought processes and forward thinking.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Utilities Operation Manager to join a rapidly expanding business, with the intention to mould and grow the companies utility competencies.

The Role:
*Utilities Operations Manager
*Developing and maintaining a Multi-Utility workforce
*Act as a key account manager for repeat business clients
*Develop and lead client business and understanding the scope of contract opportunities
*Innovative and forward thinking
*£50,000 - £60,000 + company car + private health care + life and death policy + office gym + 31 days holiday

The Person:
*Experience of managing teams in the Multi-Utility Industry
*Experience within utility diversion projects (Water, Gas, Electric)
*Ability to build on existing and develop new relationships
*SMSTS, NRWSA and CSCS
*Qualified to a degree level or equivalent
