OA Executive is pleased to have partnered with an industry leading EdTech company looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead a team of 4 Product Managers.

In this role you will need to:

Lead the Product Management team and execute the vision and path there
Coach the product team ensuring objectives are delivered
Work closely with the Product Director to help define strategy and road-map
Work across the Product and Technology team to streamline processes
Actively be involved in day-to-day product management
Conducting user research, analysing and understanding key product metrics
Generate product insights that will influence the product strategy and road-map
Build relationships with stakeholders; understand how the product is used and what is required
Build backlogs of capabilities
Contribute to feature request evaluation
Analyse market trends and identify solutions to support product development
Measure the performance and retention of each feature launched and set key-result metrics for the team
Understand customer needs and gather product requirements
Exhibit sound product judgement and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving business goals
Work closely with the design team to create wire frames
Write requirements/specifications for all new product features and additions to existing features
Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule
Collaborate with the Product Owners to successfully deliver new features
Contribute to the product vision and ongoing strategy
Build strong business cases for prioritisation of features
Communicate the road map, priorities and reasoning to internal and external stakeholders
Participate in feature readiness sessions to the road-map is delivered against
Build and document product use cases and scenarios
Deliver internal and external workshops for new launches
Write feature launch communications
Define technical documentation for all product changes

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management (ideally SaaS)
A strong technical background that earns you the respect and trust of the engineers
Experience in a SAFe delivery environment is desirable but not essential
All-around great leader: someone capable of mentoring, inspiring and influencing others
Experience in learnTech / edTech or education is desirable Advertised by OA Executive.
