Accounts Payable Clerk

The OU is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk to join them asap until 31st August 2021, working 37hrs a week and paying between £11.04 - £11.65ph. This role will be working from home and equipment will be supplied. Recent experience is important in order to be productive quickly.

The OU are looking for someone who is used to processing volumes of supplier invoices, dealing with all the types of processing issues that occur and is able to know how to go about resolving.

Key Responsibilities;

Process supplier invoices and credit notes from receipt to available for payment
Process service entry sheets in SAP Ariba
Manage supplier invoice queries through to resolution
Progress supplier debit balances for refunds
Experience of managing an Accounts Payable email inbox
Key Skills and Experience;
Experience of Accounts Payable processing
Experience of SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Ariba would be ideal or similar ERP systems
Possess good book-keeping skills and knowledge
Ability to adapt to new financial systems and processes
