Job Details

Part time Finance/Credit Control Administrator
Telford
Monday to Friday 20 hours per week
Contract April - December

Working for an international business, you will be working in a modern environment and in a small and friendly team.

Job role/duties

• Manage the receivables ledger for all customers
• Upload and allocate daily cash receipts
• Collect and chase all debt in line with customers credit terms
• Produce and issue monthly account statements
• Investigate customer invoice queries
• Deal with customer account issues
• Maintain customer credit management master data
• Ensure blocked orders are reviewed & released when possible
• Perform regular review of customer credit limits and maintain master data

To be considered for this role you MUST:

Have solid credit control/sales ledger experience and used to both UK & International accounts
Possess strong verbal & written communication skills
Be a strong team player
