About You

For you, this will mean managing administrative systems and processes to perfection to help our Home Manager effectively run services. Undertake effective Resident administration including finance, admissions and monitoringof Resident accountsMaintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports on Resident and Homeexpenditure to ensure the effective financial management of the home. Prepare and submit Resident financial information to Sales Ledger to ensure that invoicesto Residents, local authorities and suppliers can be processed in a timely and accuratemanner. Ensure the effective administration and monitoring of the Time and Attendance systemand the accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR information (including newstarters, changes, leavers, sickness and other absence) so that Colleagues are paidcorrectly. Effectively manage the recruitment administration for Home based positions including theissuing of new starter documentation in line with regulatory, statutory, legal and HC-Onerequirements e.g. DBS, Right to Work, NMCEnsure that all Colleagues' personal information is updated, maintained and recorded inaccordance with regulatory, statutory, legal and HC-One requirements. Prepare management information and other reports as requested by both the HomeManager and Support Office to enable the effective management of the HomeUtilise the Administrator's 'Cornerstone' to ensure the effective administration of the Homeas requested by HC-OneRespond to enquiries from prospective Residents and visitors in a timely and friendly manner. - you'll always have resident wellbeing in mind above all else.

We're looking for someone with an IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL, not to mention admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office. You'll need great Microsoft Office, time management and organisational skills. Beyond that, it's all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. So, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.
