Temporary Payroll Officer | Manchester | £13-14ph
This is an immediate start for a temporary payroll officer to join a busy organisation to help with a backlog of data and a high workload.
This role will include the following duties:
* Processing monthly staff expenses
* Inputting and checking all payroll data
* Manually calculating absences
* Weekly reconciliation of overspend of payroll and report on variance
* Preparing BACS payment files for staff payroll, and payments to third parties
* Completing monthly reconciliation of payroll and pension data
The successful candidate for this position will have/be:
* Excellent manual calculation skills.
* Excellent IT skills
* Great communication skills
* In depth working knowledge of payroll processes
* Very confident undertaking manual calculations
