Material Controller

£27,000 - £30,000 annual salary + company benefits
This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading company that design, manufacture, and install some of the worlds most advanced automated processing solutions. This company supply into a diverse range of industries and sectors and supply into some of the biggest companies and household names in the country.
They now require an experienced Materials Controller to join the business and to manage all company inventory. This is a key role within the business as they look to further grow and expand and offers the opportunity for long term job security and development.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Own and be responsible for all company inventory
*Organise quality checks on incoming goods and coordinate good in/out
*Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock
*Become SAP B1 super user
*Create import and export documentation and liaise with shipping/transport companies
*Check and process customer PO's and provide confirmation
*Coordinate regular inventory audits
Knowledge, Skills, and experience
*Previous stock control and material control experience is essential
*Manufacturing background and experience
*Forklift licence and driving experience
*Competent in use of SAP B1
Benefits Package:
*£27,000 - £30,000 annual salary
*Potential to train and qualify to CIPS
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
