gap personnel in South Wales are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Recruitment Supervisor based at one of their client sites In Bridgend. This is a permanent position for someone who's willing to take on a rewarding challenge.

As a Warehouse Recruitment Supervisor your duties will include:

·Shift check in and dealing with attendance issues

·Manage a large workforce pool of available workers

·To establish and maintain a high level of service with key decision makers

·Introduce potential candidates to accounts, processes and environment

·Ensure that all workers provided to site are fully compliant, inducted and briefed on key responsibilities

·Delivery Health and Safety Inductions

·Coaching and development of staff

·Performance reviews

·Weekly reviews with senior management

Hours of work: Tuesday to Friday 2pm - 11pm & Sunday 2pm - 11pm. These are set hours with your days off being Saturday and Monday
