This Billings Analyst position is working for growing pharmaceutical company based in Maidenhead.

Description

This position based in Maidenhead, will involve the following responsibilities:

Generating invoices and accounts statements
Maintaining the billing system
Resolving high volume queries
Performing account and bank reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Producing monthly financial management analysis report
Resolve reconciliation discrepancies
Generating a roll forward Cash flow reports calculated through prior year trend analysis and based on actual position of the debtors and creditors ledger, maintain weekly update of cash inflow and outflow
Monthly analysis of sales invoices, revenue, purchase ledger (expenses and suppliers)Profile

The successful candidate for this Billings Analyst position, will need to have the following skills:

Previous Accounts Receivable experience
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills
Quick learner
Good Excel skills
Able to work independently
Can use own initiative
