Planning and Scheduling Coordinator/Administrator-Manufacturing Sector

37 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Are you an experienced administrator working in an manufacturing or events management environment looking for a fast paced busy role with an extremely well known company in the market place? Plenty of training and career progression available.

My client is well established within the automotive manufacturing sector and has continued to remain busy even during the past 12 months.

Due to an extremely full order book moving forward they are now looking for a scheduling administration member of staff to maintain the scheduling system in order to ensure effectiveness of the supply chain, leading to greater customer satisfaction.

The role

Take ownership of the logistical processes, working with the supply chain to obtain items, labour, and lead times
Highlight any blockages or challenges the teams may have to adapt to, giving all parties time to prepare
Update and maintain scheduling systems, keeping information realistic throughout the sales and build process

The person

Strong administration experience, within a scheduling, planning, or events management position
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and SAP
Excellent communication skills-you will be liaising with clients, leasing, and delivery companies
