Job Details
Duties to include;
The post holder will ensure the maintenance of the filing system.
The post holder will be responsible for contacting contractors for emergency calls/repair work.
The post holder will be involved in the operation and maintenance of departmental filing systems, the use of all Microsoft Office systems including Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook;
The use of internal and external telephone systems; local intranet system and internet systems.

Confident telephone manner
Strong administration skills
Proficient in all MS Office programmes
Ideally have previous experience of working on a helpdesk/Contract Admin role in a facilities management environment.
Two check-able references to vouch for previous works
Our client is looking for administrators that have a confident telephone manner and be proactive in their approach to work. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
The working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
