This is a Permanent position for a Customer Account Manager to join a new and growing team based in Aldershot.

Description
The Customer Account Manager based in Aldershot will involve the following tasks:
Assist the Customer Service Manager in the day to day supervision of a small team of Administrators including their output, performance and development
Manage your own workload, working towards any targets given
Prepare quotes and tenders for new and existing clients
Ensure orders are entered correctly through to the factory and warehouse teams
Communicate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Ensure complaints are addressed quickly
Prepare for weekly meetings with the team or Directors to discuss customer accounts
Work closely with existing and new customers to build relationships and maximising sales opportunities
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service
Assist with client requests or issue escalations
Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
Champion new products and consult with customers on what they requireProfile
The successful candidates for the Customer Account Manager will need to have the following skills and experience:
Have prior experience of working in a customer account manager based role
Be able to lead a small team
Have full understanding of the sales order process
Have come from a product based industry
Have strong interpersonal skillsJob Offer
This is a Permanent position based in the office each day.
The working hours are Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and free parking is available on site
