This is a Permanent position for a Customer Service Manager to help lead a new team based in Aldershot.

Description
The Customer Service Manager position based in Aldershot will involve the following tasks:
Day to day management of the Customer Service team including recruitment, training, performance reviews etc
Set targets, KPIs and SLAs and review with the team and customers
Oversee the sales order process from start to finish
Oversee the after sales service of customers
Understand products and the challenges that arise from quality to supply chain delays
Ensure complaints are addressed quickly and consistently
Prepare weekly meetings with the team or Directors to discuss customer feedback and improvement objectives
Work with internal departments to launch new products internally and with customers
Work with the finance team to ensure customer accounts remain within terms
Suggest process improvements and implement changes
Profile
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Manager role will need to have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience of managing a customer service team
Have come from a product based industry
Have full understanding of the sales order process including, quotations, order entry, logistics and after sales
Be competent using internal systems and databases
Have excellent communication skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Be able to lead from the frontJob Offer
This is a Permanent position based in the office each day.
The working hours are Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and free parking is available on site.
Start date- ASAP depending on candidate availability
