Logistics & Assets Administrator

Assist and support the Logistics and Assets Project Manager with admin and tracking tasks associated with the following objectives:-

Assure the timely return of c1,500 Win 10 HP devices lent out to users during Covid period to date. Currently, this is users returning loaned laptops via courier collection to CC directly, within 5 days of receiving new device.
Assure CC Depot stock monitoring (c50,000 hardware items : laptops, desktops, monitors, printers & peripherals). Monitor stock levels and forward facing schedule to ensure there is sufficient equipment to fulfil the CC builds.
Continue tracking kit already handed out to date on the programme (Testers, trial users, execs etc
Work with CC Procurement team & PMO for future quotes & POs required (to order items into CC depot until needed). Maintain Workstream-Level spreadsheet to track all device related POs.
Work with onsite rollout teams during rollout period and delivery teams
Assure the timely return of c2,000 BAU laptops (in use today), once users have received their new Win 10 device
Tracking of; assets, risks, issues. Provide regular programme updates into rollout workstream lead & PMO. Provide ad hoc statistics and reports to support the programme.
Be the main point of contact for asset related logistical challenges Raise risks and issue as identified
Work with RSC & HO Deployment manager to assure safe arrival & storage of bulk deliveries to these large sites.
Following onsite rollout of new monitors, printers, keyboards & mice at 7 Regional UK Service Centres & 3 Stratford Upon Avon sites, assure the old equipment collections happen at each site (Wyse terminals, old screens) & work with CC to arrange collection dates / locations / onsite team arrangementsHome Delivery Administrator

Assist and support the Home Delivery Project Manager with admin and tracking tasks associated with the following objectives:

Assure the timely delivery of c7,000 Win 10 HP devices out to users at their home addresses. This will include the delivery of Home Worker peripherals to c300 official home workers.

Track all delivery issues from the point of being raised through to final resolution and closure. Liaise with users in a timely manner to assist with their issue being resolved. Work closely with CC Workplace Deployment team to ensure timely resolution of delivery issues. Attend daily Deployment calls to discuss any delivery issues and be prepared to provide updates. Update the NFUM Service Desk in a timely manner to ensure any Remedy tickets raised for a delivery issue are closed within 24hrs of the issue being resolved.

Swap-out of c4-500 monitors already deployed - due to Firmware upgrade required which can only be done at the factory. Work with CC to confirm process for the swap out of faulty monitors (delivery of a replacement monitor and collection of the faulty monitor) and liaise with users as required.

Work with onsite rollout teams during rollout period. Be prepared to go onsite to assist with any equipment deployments outside of the formal deployment process.

Support the Logistics and Asset Team in the timely return of c2,000 BAU laptops (in use today) once users have received their new Win 10 device.

Tracking of; assets, risks, issues. Provide regular project updates into rollout workstream lead & PMO.

Be the main point of contact for delivery related logistical challenges.

Required skills:

IT : Use of MS Windows & Office products.
Organisation: Maintains focus on repetitive tasks, effectively, and efficiently to meet required timescales
