Customer Service Administrator
* Sunderland, Tyne & Wear
* Initial 3 month contract, potential for longer term
* Salary up to £20,000
A large employer with several sites across the UK & Europe is hiring a Customer Account Administrator to join the team at their flagship Wearside based manufacturing facility.
You will support key Client Accounts from an administration standpoint, delivering a great customer experience from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Serve as the main administrative support for a variety of allocated customer accounts
* Handling online enquiries
* Process enquiries, sales orders and purchase orders
* Liaise with other departments to ensure customer accounts are up to date
* Administration of documentation and retrieval systems
* Input production, purchase and sales orders
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong administrative experience within a customer-focused team
* World class customer service
* Good problem-solving skills
* Professional approach
* Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
