An established Education client requires a Credit Controller to join the business during this exciting growth phase Description
Proactively speaking to and engaging with customers on a daily basis via telephone
Working to strict KPI's to drive performance and increase bonus related targets
Building lasting relationships with customers
Producing debtor reports daily
Dealing and resolving customer and client queries
Liaising with relevant external bodies professionally where required
Chasing outstanding debts
Working within internal processes to pass of outstanding debtor accounts to relevant internal teams
Working to a high level of customer service at all timeProfile
Experience in credit control
Have experience dealing with overdue client/customer account management
Confident conducting difficult conversations
Outstanding telephone manner & communication skills
Maintaining an excellent level of customer service while being direct and honest
Manage a high volume of work
Experience taking payments over the phone
Have a high level of customer service and process improvement experience
Flexible approach to task as well as prioritising workloadsJob Offer
