Manpower UK are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Co-coordinator four our client based in Derby due to Expansion.
You will be a representative for Manpower Nottingham and will be working for a well known Logistics company.
Candidate must have experience working with ex cell or within the logistics sector.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capture and accurately record information from 3rd party hauliers, including chasing for ETA's for both collection and delivery and chasing of POD's
Accurately record received information on an Excel Shared Spreadsheet in a timely manner.
Be involved in and assist in the planning of stock transfers including booking hauliers and recording Vehicle Registration numbers on a live On-Line tracking tool.
Liaise between the planning teams and the associated hauliers to ensure a smooth and accurate operation.
Includes some Data Entry
Client Requirements:
Must have Experience with Ex cell and how to use spreadsheets (for example filtering and basic formulas)
Must have good telephone manner
Hours of work :
Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 during training
Moving to 4 days on 4 days off. 12hrs a day covering either (Apply online only) or 10:00-22:00
Rates of Pay:
Salary of £22k a year.
